BioI'm a partner at the firm of Gallagher, Fitzcairn, & MacKehoe in Manhattan, which was founded by my father and two of his friends 30 years ago. I'm a litigator there, though I've taken the last few years at a more part-time status in order to teach Evidence and Ethics at NYU law school. On occasion I've taught Ethics at the undergratuate level there as well, as a cross-disciplinary course, but I haven't done so in the last two years after it was suggested that my talents might be better served in the law school solely.
